1. Validity and Expiry

• This gift voucher is valid for a minimum period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
• The exact expiry date, or the purchase date and validity timeframe, is clearly printed on the physical voucher or stated in the digital voucher email.
• Once the expiry date passes, the voucher becomes void. Any remaining balance will not be refunded or extended.

2. Redemption

• This voucher can be redeemed for goods or services directly from Trash Palace Porirua via our website at our physical store located at 20 Broken Hill Road, Kenepuru, Porirua.

3. Use and Limitations

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash, and no cash change will be given.
• If a purchase is less than the total value of the voucher, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher for future use until the expiry date.
• If a purchase exceeds the voucher balance, the holder must pay the remaining difference using another accepted payment method.
• This voucher cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers or gift cards.
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount codes, or sales.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers

• This voucher should be treated like cash. Trash Palace Porirua is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, or for unauthorized voucher use.
• Replacement of lost or stolen vouchers is at the sole discretion of Trash Palace Porirua.

5. Right to Amend

• Trash Palace Porirua reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, provided such changes do not breach New Zealand consumer rights under the Commerce Commission guidelines.
