Thank you for offering to donate goods to us. For larger items such as furniture, appliances or estate lots we are now providing a free collection service from your home or business on a limited trial basis. Requests for collection during this trial will be considered on a first come first served basis subject to available staffing and capacity levels, and we cannot therefore guarantee all requests for collection will be fulfilled during the trial period.  During this trial we will be using a ute with a 1400mm x 2400mm trailer, so all goods must be able to be accommodated by this.

We are only able to accept goods of a quality suitable for sale in our shop or for which we have recycling arrangements in place. Our collection team will assess this at the time of collection, and regrettably in some circumstances we may decline goods on this basis. Please read the “Donating – We make it easy …” section on our website for more information on what we can and can’t accept.
